Secondment – Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to support the day to day operation of the charity. You will ensure all of the charity’s policies remain current and meet all legal requirements. You will be responsible for developing new partnerships, overseeing fundraising and delivery of programmes. You will work closely with colleagues and volunteers to implement a delivery plan and targets to ensure the charity’s agreed strategic goals and objectives are met or exceeded.
We are especially keen to hear from candidates with strong management skills with experience in securing funding from both corporate and other businesses.
We would like a driven, dynamic individual with a keen interest in the sector and a willingness to commit their ideas, time and energy. In return, the person taking on the role will have a great opportunity to work with a growing charity concerned with identifying the hidden potential in young people. They will have a central role to help position the charity as a leader in the approach to delivering innovative, inclusive and inspirational employability skills to young people.

We are looking for an organised, confident and enthusiastic Marketing Officer to assist the Marketing and Communications Teams. These are varied roles which will require attention to detail, creative flair and great digital marketing skills.

We are looking for an organised, confident and enthusiastic Programmes Officer to assist the Head of Programmes. This is a varied role which will require good organisational skills and an interest in developing employability skills resources and training packages.
Part-Time – Operations Manager
We have a vacancy for a confident, enthusiastic Operations Manager. In addition to supporting the organisation’s day to day operations, the right candidate will be responsible for financial management, quality assurance and ensuring policies are current and meet all legal requirements. We are also particularly keen to hear from candidates with experience in securing funding from corporate partners.

Volunteer – Project Manager
We’re currently seeking a volunteer project manager to join our remote team and to work alongside our senior team on the delivery of employability skills projects across a variety of areas. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience and a desire to help improve the career prospects of young people.

About Our Kickstart Roles
To apply you must be between 18 and 24 years old and on Universal Credit. You must apply through your DWP Work Coach as we cannot take applications directly.
All roles require a degree of flexibility and a ‘can-do’ attitude. There will be the need to take responsibility for your own self-development which will be supported by a comprehensive package of employability skills training. We require punctual, reliable people who want to succeed. No formal qualifications are required but you will need to be able to demonstrate your suitability through your attitude and approach.
