EmployabilityUK (EUK) is a registered charity. The mission of EUK is to facilitate employer engagement to enhance the aspirations, opportunities and career prospects of enthusiastic and committed young people.

We deliver bespoke employability and life skills programmes, both in-person and online, spanning numerous subtopics and specialist skills. Volunteers deliver our programmes with the guidance and support of a dedicated Programme Manager. They bring their real-world knowledge and life experience to the fore whilst engaging with and inspiring our Learners.

We offer our partners employee volunteering opportunities and provide volunteers and subject matter experts from various industries and sectors to deliver our programmes.

EUK is an ambitious and growing charity that gives young people confidence, inspiration and the skillset to secure future employment and fulfil their potential in the workplace – regardless of their background and individual circumstances. EUK’s USP is to ensure that every programme we deliver is bespoke and designed to be relevant and inclusive for all abilities.

At EmployabilityUK, we are challenging the education narrative. Identifying what is really engaging young people is the key to the success of helping them to reach their full potential. Our programmes bring learning to life because we believe that materials and resources alone are useless without motivation.

By putting social mobility at the heart of our agenda, we are transforming how young people access future opportunities.
