We have vacancies in a number of different areas within the charity for enthusiastic young people to help us charge in to our next stages of growth. We’re very excited by all the current pipeline opportunities and there’s never been a better time to jump on board.

Operations Officer (Executive)

We are looking for an organised, confident and enthusiastic Operations Officer to assist the Senior Management Team. This is a varied role which will require excellent attention to detail and good organisational skills.

Operations Officer (Marketing)

We are looking for an organised, confident and enthusiastic Marketing Officer to assist the Marketing and Communications Teams. These are varied roles which will require attention to detail, creative flair and great digital marketing skills.

Operations Officer (Programmes)

We are looking for an organised, confident and enthusiastic Programmes Officer to assist the Head of Programmes. This is a varied role which will require good organisational skills and an interest in developing employability skills resources and training packages.

All roles require a degree of flexibility and a ‘can-do’ attitude. There will be the need to take responsibility for own self-development which will be supported by a comprehensive package of employability skills training. We require punctual, reliable people who want to succeed. No formal qualifications are required but you will need to be able to demonstrate your suitability through your attitude and approach.

It does this by developing partnerships that lead to sustainable employer engagement and by designing and delivering bespoke employability skills programmes.

How Do I Apply for a Kickstart Role With EmployabilityUK?

All Kickstart roles are handled centrally by Jobcentre Plus. It is not possible to apply directly. Instead, you should consult your work coach to express your interest in any of the roles you have seen listed here.

What Are the Eligibility Criteria?

Beyond any requirements noted in the job descriptions, you must be aged between 16 and 24, in receipt of Universal Credit and considered by the Department of Work and Pensions as being at risk of long-term unemployment.
